Back in the USA

We’ve made it through three weeks. Only two more and we’ll be back home. Time is really flying and we continue to have fun. We spent another day on the road frustrating the local drivers by insisting on driving at the speed limit. We must be the only ones on this continent doing so! The trucks are crazy. The other day I was even overtaken by one with a wide load and lights flashing!
We are now back in the USA, in beautiful Vermont. The fall colours get better every day and I am looking forward to more. The highlight today was our visit to Ben & Jerry’s headquarters. Their ice cream is really delicious and their corporate policies are very socially responsible. We tried a couple of their dozens of flavours and visited the flavour graveyard where discarded flavours are given an appropriate resting place.
